2.4 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on ok jili:
3.1 One Account Per Person. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) ok jili account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete. ok jili reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC). ok jili may require you to complete identity verification procedures ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) at any time, including prior to processing withdrawals. You agree to provide such documentation as ok jili may reasonably request, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify ok jili immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account. ok jili shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
3.5 Account Ownership. ok jili accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights therein to any third party.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ok jili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. ok jili aims to process GCash and Maya withdrawals within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
4.4 Withdrawal to Source. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. ok jili reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
4.5 Prohibited Funding Sources. The use of credit cards for gambling deposits is prohibited in accordance with Philippine regulations. The use of cryptocurrency for any transaction on the ok jili Platform is strictly prohibited.
4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. ok jili is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations. ok jili reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities and to withhold funds pending investigation.
5.1 ok jili may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time of the offer.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are generally subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
5.3 ok jili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. ok jili also reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom if it determines that a player has abused the bonus system or violated these Terms.
5.4 Players may only participate in each promotion once unless explicitly stated otherwise. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.
6.1 All games available on the ok jili Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
6.2 ok jili uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology and works with licensed game providers to ensure fair outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are displayed for each game.
6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, ok jili reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. ok jili's decision in such matters is final.

10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ok jili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.
10.3 ok jili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ok jili account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ok jili's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
11.1 ok jili collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 ok jili implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and ok jili cannot guarantee absolute security.
11.3 ok jili will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with service providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities as necessary to operate the Platform and comply with legal obligations.
12.1 ok jili reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory requirements.
12.2 Upon termination of your account for cause, ok jili reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements.
12.3 You may close your ok jili account at any time by contacting customer support. Closure of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the date of closure.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to ok jili's customer support team for resolution. ok jili will endeavor to resolve disputes within thirty (30) days of receipt.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through ok jili's internal process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
14.1 ok jili reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via email or in-platform notification.
14.2 Your continued use of the ok jili Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.
